Travelling with an electronic ticket requires the production of official photographic identification. You must check-in at the airline company desk or at one of the automated check-in point at the airport, or online on the company's website, in order to receive your boarding pass for the flight. Jollyticket.com recommends online check-in within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time to make sure that the flight has not been changed.
In the final stage of booking on www.jollyticket.com a page will appear that will indicate the reservation code and also all the details of the itinerary you booked. Also, you will receive a “Booking Confirmation” e-mail at the same time, containing the PNR booking code and all the details of the itinerary you booked.

All communications relating to your booking (confirmation, cancellation, operational changes) will be made exclusively to the email address specified when booking or by phone by our Customer Service.
Name changes are treated similarly to requests to alter a booking and may be subject to a charge. For most airlines, once the booking has been finalised you cannot change the passenger names entered. Before finishing the booking process, make sure that the name entered is identical to that appearing in the identification document which the passenger will submit to the check-in counter of the airline on the day of departure.
For security reasons, it is important that the name on the reservation should match the name on the identity document issued by the government, and be accompanied by a photograph. Flights based on a single ticket must be used consistently. It is therefore not possible to use the return flight if you have not taken the outbound flight.
With jollyticket.com, booking and confirmation are simultaneous i.e. at the time of booking you must purchase the itinerary so that you are guaranteed the services selected.
The insurance franchise and policies for baggage differ from airline to airline: you must check the specific policy directly with the carrier prior to purchasing the ticket. Identify the airline managing your flight and check the rules relating to baggage.

Guidelines for traveling with pets (pets in the cabin):

  • different airlines apply different restrictions depending on the number and weight of the pets. A reservation should be made for each pet. Only smaller pets may be brought into the cabin, and they must be inside a container that should be placed beneath the seat in front of the passenger. The airlines may charge a fee for pets travelling in the cabin.

  • What to bring: a recent veterinary certificate (no older than 30 days) attesting to the good health of the animal, a collar with identification information and microchip number. If the trip goes beyond national borders, an anti-rabies vaccination certificate will also be required.

However, you should check with the airline to see if there any other rules or restrictions regarding travelling with pets.
To check-in online it is usually necessary to use the name of the passenger and the booking reference number or the electronic ticket number. This information is given in the trip confirmation e-mail, or may be found by accessing the itinerary saved in the section "MyJollyticket.” Once you have found the necessary information, identify the airline you have booked your flight with and then check-in online. It is possible to check in online up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure, unless otherwise indicated. When checking in online you can print your boarding pass at home, and when you arrive at the airport all you need to do is check in your baggage at the appropriate desks (where applicable) and then proceed to the boarding gate. If your airline does not allow you to check-in online, this will be done at the airport.

Low Cost

For many low cost flights you are required to check in online and print your boarding pass to present at the airport. It is possible to check in online free of charge before departure with different deadlines depending on your choice of airline. If you arrive at the airport without a printed boarding pass or without having checked in online, the company will require you to pay an additional sum per person per route.

Citizens of countries participating in the “Visa Waiver” program may enter the United States for a maximum of 90 days without a visa, but must apply for online authorisation called ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) before leaving for the United States. Each passenger must ensure that he/she has on their person any documents required by the legislation of the countries of destination in order to enter their territory. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid identity document and have any other documents and satisfy any further requirements requested by the customs and immigration authorities. Penalties, fines, costs or expenses deriving from the absence of these valid documents or the failure to satisfy these requirements will be borne by passengers. Passengers are advised to contact the immigration authorities of the destination country for information and clarification prior to booking their tickets. If the documents produced by passengers are not valid or in good condition, or if the passenger's name on the reservation does not match the name on the identification document, the Carrier will refuse boarding and the passenger will not be entitled to any refund.
Most airlines apply the following flight travel guidelines for pregnant women:

  • up to 28 weeks inclusive: flying is generally permitted without a medical certificate, as long as the pregnancy does not present particular problems;

  • between 28 and 36 weeks: the airlines require a document from the doctor stating that the passenger is fit to fly;

  • after 36 weeks: passengers can fly in very limited circumstances. Always ask your doctor for medical advice.

The payment for the purchased service is made in full by the Customer by credit card, at the time of choosing the Service. Before purchasing the selected Service, the customer must ensure that the payment means used has sufficient funds to honour the payment of all selected services, including any Third Part Services.

  • Credit card

    Our system is properly validated and accepts credit cards from Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. To optimise security, you will be prompted to re-enter your credit card data whenever you make a new purchase.

  • Rechargeable Prepaid Card

    If you book by phone and want to pay using a prepaid card, you will need to tell the operator this. If you book directly online, you will need to select the circuit in the list of options (e.g. VISA, Visa Electron etc.).

The Customer's credit card information will not be known to jollyticket.com, but transmitted and managed by a third party of proven experience and reliability, through a secure connection directly to the website or platform of this third party managing the transaction. jollyticket.com reserves the right at any time to request the Customer to provide additional information (such as landline number) and/or to send copies of documents proving the ownership of his/her credit card used. If the Customer fails to provide the additional information or documentation requested, jollyticket.com reserves the right not to accept the purchase or reservation, notifying this to the Customer to the email address specified by the latter, and there shall be deemed to be no breach of contract.

By entering the "Summary of purchases made” you can consult the chronology of your trips and print your ticket itinerary.
Yes, you can link your Jollyticket account to Facebook and always be connected to jollyticket.com whenever you log in to Facebook. In this way, every trip booked on jollyticket.com will be linked to your Facebook account, even if you have forgotten your login credentials. Both accounts will be linked, but no information from your Jollyticket account will be published on your Facebook profile without your permission.
