These directives outline that San Lio Trade Srl Corso Italia 85, 95129 Catania, owner of this website and data controller, in compliance with the provisions of article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, manages information and data relating to the person, or personal data. What data we register
Browsing on Jollyticket is free and personal data is collected when you make a purchase, or when you complete the registration to access the features reserved for registered users. When a user visits our platforms, we may register certain information regarding the history, IP address, type of browser used, operating system, mobile device settings, location of the mobile device, hours of use and the URL of reference.
When you book a flight or hotel through our platforms, Jollyticket needs further information concerning your personal data. This information may include the name of the person booking, the name of the traveller (if different from the person booking), e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, year of birth and information about the service booked.
Once registered, said data will be saved and added to the user's profile. If choosing to use third-party services (for example, Facebook) to log in to the Jollyticket website, it is agreed that data will be registered in relation to that account.
For each registered account, Jollyticket creates a personal area with the user's favourites, the latest searches and other browsing data for easier user consultation.
The data provided may be used for customer service, and support personnel have access to data such as e-mail and phone number to provide support and assistance.
In case of participation in the free contest with Instant Win mode, users who decide to participate in it or in surveys and similar campaigns, accept that Jollyticket collects and stores the information provided in relation to the contests and promotions. The user who wins the reserved product by participating in the Instant Win contest, can redeem the prize only by performing certain social sharing actions. The shared image (selfie of the win) can be used on our platforms with the prior authorization of the user by explicit consent with a free signature.
The user providing personal data confirms that said data is true and updated. If users provide data on third parties, for example, buying a plane ticket or an overnight stay at a hotel for third parties, they must be authorized by the parties concerned.
How we obtain the data
Data provided directly: the personal data in our possession is provided directly by users during registration on the Jollyticket website, subscriptions to newsletter services and during the booking of their trip. Other data is provided directly when contacting customer service or participating in a contest.

Our servers are located in Italy. Moreover, we use Aruba servers and our service providers may also reside in other countries.
